Background
President Kashan Riley was in Investment Banking from 1998 to 2001 when he was recruited to develop
marketing and management for First World Financial, GMAC. He successfully helped to build the company then
went on to start his own Real Estate finance and investment organization, Shorehouse Capital, in 2004. Pacific
West Real Estate was organized to cater to those individuals and organizations that are looking to develop an
ongoing relationship built on the success of multiple transactions.
Vice President Jane Link met Kashan Riley while also working in Investment Banking, and made the transition
into Real Estate in 2001. After being a top producing Loan Officer and Realtor, she contributes her business
acumen and love of Real Estate to the organization. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UC San
Diego in 1998 and is a candidate for a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Southern
California.
